Is new housing being built in Centrepointe?
Wikipedia reports that as of 2024 two major apartment projects were well underway in northern Centrepointe. One was a two-tower Richcraft condominium complex (22 and 24 storeys) at 19 Centrepointe Drive, and the other a 15-storey rental building near Constellation Drive (2140 Baseline Road).

Wikipedia also notes that the City of Ottawa's proposed Centrepointe Town Centre concept could add up to two million square feet of high-density residential and commercial space.
About 260 townhouses, terrace homes and low-rise apartments were built on a former snow dump next to Centrepointe Park, completed in early 2011.
Keep in mind. This comes from Wikipedia's 2024 description. Check the City of Ottawa for current status.
